I never saw it coming.

A delivery van struck my parked car on the side of the street. It dented the door and took my driver’s side mirror clean off, reducing it to rubble.

It was a classic hit and run. I didn’t know what happened until I left my office and saw remnants of the mirror scattered all over the street.
