If I told you, no matter how hard you work, no matter what you do, you will not succeed, would you still keep reaching goals?

Success is a funny thing. We’re too often unrealistic about what it means and how to get there. More often than not, success is the goal, overlooking the actions and abilities that get you there.

I love this illustration, because it reminds me to be patient. It shows me in visual form what my day-to-day life feels like all the time.

Usually, stories of success are told as if they’re a straight line. Even when people mention their struggles, they mostly gloss over them.

This time last year, I was struggling in my writing/creativity/business/career, but then I tried something different and now everything has changed completely. Now I’m a success. In one year.
